Summary

A residential building, consisting of three cubic blocks, with the longer ones arranged in the rear - creating a large inner courtyard. Rounding of the corners of the blocks creates a continuous flow from the facade facing the Boulevard to the facade on Bar Ilan Street. There is an antithesis between the massive blocks and the transparent, vertical stairwells separating them. The house is situated on a hill, which was called "the hill of the riders." This site was a stable managed by a former police officer. Horse riding was, then, a preferred pastime of the youngsters of the period - available to those who could afford it or those who volunteered to look after the horses.
