Summary

Uri Scheft, the man behind the many delicious treats found at Breads Bakery was raised by Israeli and Danish parents. He decided to go back to his routes and attended baking school in Denmark and travel across Europe learning all there is to know about bread and baking. Tel Aviv is home to his famous Lechamim bakery, which offers Israelis a true taste of Northern European styled breads.

Uri has finally gotten a chance to open a branch on East 16th Street in New York and just like in Tel Aviv the bread and treats are baked from only the finest ingredients. So if you are looking for something mouth watering with a taste of Europe Breads Bakery si the place for you!
