Summary

A residential building consisting of two cubic blocks. In the recessed block, the balconies are rounded - influenced by the shape of a ship, and in the prominent block, the balconies are angular, shaded by piping awnings. The two blocks are connected by the stairwell, with hints of the Art Deco style. The inner courtyard, created between the two blocks, is integrated, nowadays, into the public space of the sidewalk. The building is clad in washed plaster (wash putz) in differing shades, accentuating the horizontal and the window arrangement. In the facade of the straight balcony, on the first floor, is a sign with the names of the planning architects and the year of construction - a significant aid to the investigators among us, who often find that location of the architect becomes a detective operation.
