Summary

Created with the goal of extinguishing the stigmas surrounding Polish food, the Polish embassy decided to launch an array of events throughout the country. In Tel Aviv, the combination of traditional dishes with modern Polish cuisine is presented to Israelis in a delicious attempt to redefine the concept of Polish cookery. Now, it is not only a source of nostalgia; chefs, epicures, and tourists alike are lured to experience this rich culinary culture. With continuous surprises for all the senses and daily celebrations, workshops, culinary tours and culinary events, this is one food week not to be missed out on!
